The Memorial Foundation’s business office is located at the Elysian Park Police Academy, 1880 North Academy Drive, across from Dodger Stadium. In emergency situations, staff members are contacted by members of the Department who become aware of the emergency and the need for immediate assistance of the Memorial Foundation.
